Weinig Group and Friulmac Partner to Create New Work Cell
HICKORY, NC -- The Weinig Group and Friulmac have introduced a work cell to produce up to 1,500 custom cabinet doors per shift with substantial reduction in labor cost, says the two companies. The Weinig Dimter S90 saw cuts the stiles and rails to length. The rails are then automatically transferred to the Friulmac T-Rex for custom end profiling and then meet up with the stiles at the end of the work cell. Change-over’s is managed by the MillVision Pro software.
