ROTHSCHILD, WI — Wausau Homes, a builder and distributor of modular homes, on Feb. 7 announced plans to cut its work force by 44 jobs at its manufacturing facility in Rothschild, WI, as a result of the overall softening in the housing market, according to the Wausau Daily Herald. The company currently employs 270 people at its 330,000-square-foot plant in Rothschild, WI, and a total of 355 people nationwide. Read more.
