BERTRANGE, LUXEMBOURG — Flooring Industries Ltd. sarl, the intellectual property arm of the Unilin Group, on April 15 announced that it has concluded a settlement and a license agreement with Power Dekor on the Domotex Shanghai Fair for the manufacture and worldwide sales of certain laminate flooring products with Unilin’s patented glue-less technology, according to World Panel Industry. The agreement also settles Power Dekor’s world-wide past sales of products and makes an end to the pending patent litigation proceedings between the Unilin Group and Power Dekor in the United States.
