IRVINE, CA – Toyota Material Handling U.S.A. Inc. announced the acquisition of ProLift Industrial Equipment Co. LLC, one of Toyota’s most successful lift truck dealerships based in Louisville, KY. The new company, Toyota Material Handling Midwest Inc., will do business as ProLift Industrial Equipment, with no change in support or staffing.
