KENT, WA – Effective April 1, Lehmann Vertriebsgesellschaft GmbH & Co. KG, a German supplier of furniture locks, is taking over the locks business of Huwil Locks & Co. KG.
The takeover follows a restructuring of the key TitusPlus activities in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes that create customer value.
The TitusPlus Group is now concentrating its resources on delivering customer value in its strategic areas of connectors, lift-up mechanisms, sliding/folding door systems, hinges and damping solutions offering a rounded range of innovative solutions for all furniture manufacturers.
