Stoner stays at MasterBrand Cabinets in Fortune spin-offDEERFIELD, IL

-  As Fortune Brands (NYSE: FO) advances to its fourth quarter spin-off of its cabinetry, window and security unit, the company has named additional top managers in the division.

Greg Stoner maintains his position as president, MasterBrand Cabinets; Mark Savan is president, Simonton Windows. Lee Wyatt was named CFO and Senior VP of Fortune Brands Home & Security, the umbrella group under which MasterBrand Cabinets and Simonton Windows will operate. Wyatt was most recently executive VP and CFO at HanesBrands.

Lee helped guide HanesBrands through a spin-off from Sara Lee, says Chris Klein, president and CEO of Fortune Brands Home & Security, noting Lee "built a strong finance organization, and was instrumental in building HanesBrands’ reputation on Wall Street.

Klein also named Brian Lantz VP – investor relations for Fortune Brands Home & Security. Gary Ross was been named VP – corporate communications. Ross, who worked at CDW for the past 11 years, joined the company last week.

Fortune Brands veterans from various divisions were formally announced, including Stoner and Savan, as well as David Randich to president of Therma-Tru Doors. Miriam Van de Sype was named senior VP, strategy; and Ed Wiertel, senior VP, finance.

“We’re determined to inspire the confidence of our investors in everything we do,” Klein said.

Fortune Brands is targeting to complete the separation of its businesses early in the fourth quarter
