Stiles Unveils New Customer Resource Center

GRAND RAPIDS, MI – Stiles Machinery Inc. showed off its new resource center during an open house held Nov. 7-9, an event attended by nearly 800 Stiles’ customers.

The new 5,000-square-foot resource center provides round-the-clock support to customers throughout North America. It combines spare parts ordering and distribution with customer service and technical support for a seamless customer response.

“Stiles firmly believes that continuous improvement and technically advanced solutions are essential to providing the exceptional level of service our customers have come to expect,” said Peter Kleinschmidt, president of Stiles. “And so, we continue to invest in developing the industry’s most comprehensive support system.”

The resource center includes state-of-the-art communications equipment and was designed to incorporate a variety of sound absorbing materials to provide each resource center operator sufficient peace and quiet to better perform their jobs.

Kleinschmidt said Stiles achieved its best financial results since 2000 and is projecting another healthy increase this year. He said an across-the-board upswing in demand from all the industries the company services, particularly office furniture, led to Stiles’ double-digit growth.
