GRAND RAPIDS, MI — Stiles Machinery Inc. will unveil its new $1 million call center during the company’s 8th annual expo on Nov. 7-9. The new call center will combine spare parts ordering and distribution with customer service and round-the-clock technical support. The company also plans on hiring additional workers to join the 229 employees already based in Grand Rapids. The 5,000-square-foot facility will be dedicated at a formal ceremony at 1:30 p.m. Thursday Nov. 7.
The three-day event offers education, training and seminars for the woodworking industry and will also showcase Stiles’ line of proprietary software.
