MINNEAPOLIS — Stein Industries Inc., the parent company of Carlson Store Fixtures, on Feb. 10 announced the acquisition of Dann Dee Display Fixtures catalog business, according to PR Web. Carlson Store Fixtures, located in Minneapolis, MN, is a provider of store fixtures, visual merchandising displays and accessories to the retail industry. The Carlson and Dann Dee combination will present customers an expanded product selection and improved catalog offering, the company says. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed, and integration of the business is effective immediately.
