Seminar focuses on how to sell products to the federal government
KANSAS CITY, MO -- EZGSA has scheduled a half-day seminar, "Introduction to GSA Schedules" for 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Sept. 22 at the Embassy Suites in Kansas City.

Of the $787 billion in stimulus money created by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, $30 billion was spent on government contracts during the first quarter of 2010 alone. With the stimulus package predicted to create a 166% growth in federal spending levels for the 2010 fiscal year, there has never been a more opportune time for businesses to enter the federal marketplace.
Additionally, more and more procurement officials are utilizing the GSA Schedule, which allows the government to purchase the products and services produced by private companies, such as yours, effectively and efficiently.

According to EZGSA, the federal government spent more than $385 billion in contract dollars during FY 2009.

The seminar will provide an overview of the agency, the schedules and the award process.

Register by September 8 and save $20 off the regular fee of $139; save an additional $5 by using the code OKC2 at registration.
