PITTSBURGH – The Southern Cypress Manufacturers Assn. (SCMA) elected its 2011 officers

at the group's annual meeting held on March 14. Elected as SCMA president was Frank Vallot of Acadian Hardwoods and Cypress. Ernie Pyle, Ontario Hardwood Co., was elected the new vice president.

The SCMA is a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of cypress building products to woodworking professionals and consumers.
