DULUTH, GA – SCM Group-USA launched a newly redesigned Web site, www.scmgroup-usa.com. In conjunction with Atlanta-based Bella Web Design, SCM has totally reconstructed the layout, content and tools of the site. New features include a news and events feed, customer success section, video library, more navigation tools and close up pictures. Phase two of the site will include live chat, SCM Blog, dealer/distributor search and photo galleries of industry events.
In other news, SCM announced its Advanced Wood Division Educational Seminar May 12 -13, focusing on architectural millwork, doors, windows and stairs. The two-day event will feature sessions titled: Moulding Production: Work “Smarter” not “Harder”; How to be Profitable in the Custom Moulding Business; CNC Door Manufacturing; CNC Stair Manufacturing; and CNC Architectural Millwork Manufacturing. The seminar is free to attend and held at the SCM Group-USA headquarters, outside of Atlanta, GA.
