HONG KONG — Tradingmarkets.com reports that timber firm Samling Global Ltd. has agreed to acquire wood flooring firms Elegant Living Ltd., Elegant Living Int’l Holding Ltd. and New Elegant Living Timber Manufacturing for $38.3 million.
The companies within the Elegant Living umbrella are primarily engaged in manufacturing wood flooring products in China.
