NOVEDRATE, ITALY — The Salice Group and Bortoluzzi Sistemi have formed a strategic partnership. This agreement between the hardware manufacturers was formalized on Oct. 12 with the acquisition by the Salice Group of 40 percent of the capital of Bortoluzzi Sistemi.

Founded in 1926, Salice is a leader in concealed hinges and opening systems for the furniture sector. Bortoluzzi Sistemi offers a wide range of patented sliding door systems.
