HUGHESVILLE, PA -- RT Machine Co., a stocking distributor of new and used woodworking machinery, announced May 9 the acquisition of Montoursville, PA-based Conrad’s Machine Co., a regional woodworking machinery dealership. The acquisition provides RT Machine Co. with accelerated growth opportunities in the regional new and used woodworking machinery markets.

Chad Pinches, owner of Conrad’s Machine Co., will join the RT Machine Co. sales team. The addition of Mr. Pinches will allow more resources to be focused on the national and international used woodworking machinery markets.
