ROSEBURG, OR – Roseburg Forest Products and Delocam Inc. announced their agreement for Roseburg’s purchase of Decolam’s Orangeburg, SC, laminating facility. The Decolam facility employs about 80 people, and it is anticipated that most of the employees will be retained after the transaction. The sale is scheduled to close no later than Sept. 30. Read more.
