Roseburg mill fire results in little damage
DILLARD, OR – A fire at Roseburg Forest Products particleboard mill on Saturday evening (Feb. 20) resulted in minimal damage, according to the News-Review.

Firefighters reportedly received a call of a fire in the chip-drying system at the plant. Upon arriving, they found the fire in a metal processing pipe in which chips are dried to make particleboard. The firefighters let the fire burn out and extinguished some smaller fires that ignited near the system.
