WOBURN, MA — RIKON Power Tools, a designer and manufacturer of woodworking machinery, has named Stephen A. Mangano as president, replacing Erin Riley, who was president and founder. Mangano joined Rikon Power Tools in September 2004 with the responsibility of sales and product development. Riley, the former president, has left the company and will pursue new ventures in a completely different marketplace.
