JEFFERSONTOWN, KY — Rev-A-Shelf and Peter Meier Inc. (PMI) on May 29 announced that the companies have signed an agreement under which Rev-A-Shelf will acquire privately-held Lazy Daisy, a division of PMI that offers a complete line of lazy susans and storage accessories for cabinetry. Terms of the transaction include the Lazy Daisy product category and all products, tooling, patents and trademarks from PMI, who will continue selling its remaining product offerings.
