WAVERLY, OH -- Three parties have expressed interest in purchasing some of Mill's Pride's facilities in Waverly and Seal Township, according to the Chillicothe Gazette.
The newspaper quoted Waverly Mayor Dale Reed as saying discussions had taken place with two of the three potential suitors.
Masco Corp. announced in late April its intention to close down its Mill's Pride operations in the first quarter of 2011. The shut down would impact about 1,400 full- and part-time jobs.
