MONTREAL, QUE — The Protech/Oxyplast Group announced it has reached an agreement to purchase the powder coating business and all the assets of Enviro-Powder Co. of Grand Rapids, MI.
Protech says current customers of Enviro-Powder will continue to be able to obtain the products they are currently purchasing, as well as now having access to Protech’s worldwide network of products and technology.
