DENVER, CO — ProBuild Co. LLC, a professional building materials supplier, announced it has reached an agreement to purchase some of the assets of Chopp Lumber, a building materials supplier based in Waldorf, MD. ProBuild also announced the opening of a new millwork facility in San Antonio, TX.
