DENVER -- Pro-Build Holdings, a TN-based supplier of building materials to professional contractors, announced July 2 that it has purchased the assets of Crosslin Supply Co., a distributor of lumber, millwork and building products operating in the greater Nashville, TN, market, according to Business Wire. Terms of the sale have not been disclosed.
