DENVER, CO -- Pro-Build Holdings Inc., a supplier of building materials to professional contractors, has purchased The Dunn Corp., a Daytona Beach, FL-based distributor of lumber, millwork and building products in Central and East Coast Florida, according to Modern Distribution Management.
Dunn Lumber employs more than 120 people and operates out of seven locations in the central and eastern Florida regions.
Pro-Build is currently operating more than 500 lumber and building product distribution, manufacturing and assembly centers throughout 40 states.
