Popular 'Pricing Profitably' program planned for Cabinet Conference
3rd Custom Cabinet Conference Targets Best Practices
CHARLOTTE, NC --

 The 2nd Custom Cabinet Conference will feature the always-popular "Art of Pricing Profitability" seminar.

Sean Benetin, immediate past president of the Cabinet Makers Association and owner of Millwork and More, will lead this interactive session, scheduled for 2:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 24 at the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, NC. The Custom Cabinet Conference is being held in conjunction with the 7th Annual Closets & Home Organization Conference & Expo.

Registrants of this hands-on session will receive a free copy of the CMA's pricing software. To achieve full benefits of the program, attendees need to compile some of their own business expense information in advance of the session and bring their laptops.

Benetin will help attendees understand how much their company costs to run, how to price their work and how to make a profit on every single project they bid on.

Attendees will learn how to:
• Find hidden labor and overhead expenses;
• Consider depreciation of assets into their hourly rate;
• Calculate owner/operator value;
• Determine “true” hourly rate; and
• Develop a pricing program that makes them profitable.

The Art of Pricing Profitability is one of a half-dozen sessions scheduled to be presented by members of the CMA.
