NEUMARKT, GERMANY -- Pfleiderer Sweden, a supplier of engineered wood, surface finished products and laminate flooring, has declared its offer for Pergo, a manufacturer of laminate flooring, unconditional, and will initiate mandatory redemption proceedings, according to CNW Telbec. Pfleiderer CFO Derrick Noe, who has been in charge of the offer within the Pfleiderer executive board, will also be responsible for the Pergo integration. Read more.
