PORT ANGELES, WA -- Peninsula Plywood is back in full production mode following a fire that destroyed its boiler control room last week, according to an account by KONP.

The radio station quoted PenPly President Josh Renshaw: "We were just going to a third spread of crew when the fire broke out," said Renshaw. "But as of today, we have those guys training. So we lost a few days, but we're back on track to where we were."
The company installed a temporary boiler to enable it to get production humming again. Renshaw told KCNP that it would make up lost production via overtime.
