BUENOS AIRES – FITECMA, an international woodworking fair scheduled for July 7-11, has been cancelled due to the pandemic influenza A (H1N1).

ASORA, organizer of FITECMA, said it took “this extreme measure with the purpose of preserving the health of visitors, exhibitors and all the people who work at the fair.”

The 9th edition of the fair has been rescheduled for March 2-6, 2010.
