STANLEY, NC – Norm Abram, host of “The New Yankee Workshop”, visited kitchen hardware manufacturer Blum Inc. to film a segment for his show, which appears on PBS. Abram toured the facility and looked at a variety of hardware for a series of shows that will focus on building custom cabinetry elements in the workshop. During the upcoming season of “The New Yankee Workshop”, which premieres January 2008, nine of the 13 episodes will be dedicated to building kitchen cabinet basics.

“For our 20th anniversary season, I am taking on a series of projects I have been dreaming about for years: elements for a custom-built kitchen created entirely in the workshop,” Abram said.
