TORONTO – Norbord Inc. reported a loss of $15 million in the second quarter of 2007 compared to a loss of $16 million for the first quarter of 2007. “Our second quarter results reflect the continued pressure on the North American OSB industry,” said Barrie Shineton, Norbord president and CEO. “Our strategy of European diversification helped offset the decline in North American markets again this quarter as our European mills delivered ROCE of 33%.”
