WEST LAFAYETTE, IN – Details about “The Dollars & Sense of Going Green” Conference are now available at www.greenwoodseminar.com.

The Web site includes an overview of the program and a button to join a list to receive more information when registration opens within the next couple of weeks. The conference is scheduled for Oct. 28 and 29 at the Downtown Sheraton Hotel in Indianapolis, IN.

“The Dollars and Sense of Going Green” represents a unique summit for hardwood lumber manufacturers and wood products manufacturers and industry suppliers. The program is being organized by the Department of Forestry at Purdue University and Wood & Wood Products. Banks Hardwoods Inc. and Stiles Machinery Inc. are sponsoring the event.  Nearly 20 industry associations and government agencies are lending their support for the program.

In addition to days of informative sessions, day one of the conference will conclude with a networking reception featuring table-top exhibits hosted by representatives of board products, woodworking machinery and other industry suppliers.
