SUNNYVALE, CA —  National Business Furniture, a catalog unit of office furniture manufacturer OFM, says it is using Ariba, Inc.'s online  business commerce/ supply network to support its recent launch of an online furniture sales storefront. The system allows National Business Furniture to update furniture items and pricing at the storefront, and run promotions and sales on a daily basis, resulting in significant revenue increases.

“In setting up shop on the Ariba Network, we have been able to eliminate order entry errors and reduce customer errors by allowing customers to enter their own orders in a way that matches up exactly with their expectations,” said Brady Seiberlich, eProcurement and development manager, National Business Furniture.
