NARI reminder on lead abatement

According to Fannie Mae's National Housing Survey released in November 2010, found 85 percent of the general population believes it is a bad time to sell. In remodeling projects, NARI reminds professional remodelers (it has 800,000 members) that as of April 22, 2010, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency requires woodworkers and contractors working in homes built before 1978 to register their company and complete an 8-hour lead abatement training and certification course with an accredited trainer.
