Minneapolis, MN-based Mereen-Johnson Machine Company recently received its fourth safety award from OSHA.
Mereen-Johnson received a Certificate of Recognition from the OSHA Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program (SHARP) for its commitment to employee safety and health.
The company had South Dakota State University conduct an onsite consultation survey to evaluate the company’s commitment to employee safety and health and the company demonstrated that it met the requirements of the SHARP program.
This is Mereen-Johnson's fourth successive completion of the program, which exempts the company from OSHA inspections until August 2012.
