Mereen-Johnson Moving Production to Webster, SD

MINNEAPOLIS, MN – Mereen-Johnson Machine Co. announced that it is moving all of its manufacturing operations to Webster, SD. The company’s headquarters in Minneapolis was built in 1905 when Mereen-Johnson was founded. The company has been in Webster since 1973, and company officials say the newer building and the work ethic of the employees are big reasons for the move. The company has added about six jobs in Webster since May and wants to add approximately another dozen. The sales department and showroom will remain in Minneapolis.
