PORTLAND -- Mark Properties Limited Partnership LLC has purchased investment property in Tualatin, OR, according to the Portland dBusiness News. Totaling five acres in size, the property houses the headquarters and manufacturing facilities of Empire Pacific Windows.
"We’ve been looking for an investment in Tualatin for some time," explained Jim Mark, chief executive officer, Melvin Mark Companies. "We were fortunate to find a newer building, occupied by a strong, well-established company, on a parcel in a great location. This purchase helps us fulfill our plan to acquire more industrial space in the fast-growing southern part of the metro region." Read more.
