BOISE, ID – Boise Cascade Corp. has tapped Duane McDougall to serve as chairman and CEO.

McDougall, former president and CEO of Willamette Industries, succeeds Tom Stephens, who is retiring.

“I am delighted to have the opportunity to guide Boise Cascade through the most difficult markets in our industry since the depression,” McDougall said.
