URUMQUI, CHINA – Markor International Furniture Co. Ltd. has purchased the assets of Schnadig Corp. of Des Plaines, IL.

Markor said the acquisition includes Schnadig’s assumed liabilities, inventory, accounts receivable, brand names, and sales and supply channels.
