SANDPOINT, ID -- Lumbermen's Inc., a diversified building material supplier and a division of Pro-Build Holdings, reached an agreement Sep. 14 to purchase Alpine Lumber Supply's north Idaho facilities in Sandpoint and Post Falls, according to the Bonner County Daily Bee. Terms of the sale were not disclosed. After completion of the sale, both Alpine locations will operate as Lumbermen's. Read more.
