Lozier to Close Cedar City, UT Plant in Summer

OMAHA, NE — Lozier Corp., which makes display shelving and other store fixtures, will close its plant in Cedar City, UT, by August, putting 82 employees out of work, according to The Salt Lake Tribune. The company blames poor business conditions caused by the recession. The company will begin phasing out production at the plant in March and layoffs will begin 60 days before the plant ceases production in August. Read more.
