VILLA RICA, GA – Leuco Tool Corp. announced the acquisition of the tooling and tool service division of Memphis Machinery & Supply Co., also known as MEMSCO, located in Memphis, TN. Memphis Machinery has been providing tooling and tooling service to the mid-south area for the last 58 years. Leuco said it looks forward to keeping the relationships of MEMSCO growing and will, in the interim, keep the operations at 2881 Directors Cove, Memphis, TN 38131.

The acquisition is a strategic move for Leuco to continue expansion throughout the United States. In addition to the offerings provided by Memphis Machinery, Leuco will provide expanded carbide and diamond product line and service capabilities.
