WASHINGTON – The U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission announced that The Land of Nod of Northbrook, IL, has issued a voluntary recall of about 2,000 case goods because the furniture contains high levels of lead.
No injuries were reported for the furniture imported from Mexico.
The antique-white-finished dressers and armoires sold for between $50 and $1,100 at Land of Nod stores in Illinois and Washington from September 2003 to August 2006.
