CALHOUN, GA  — Spanish-based laminate flooring maker Faus Group announced that it will invest $40 million into its manufacturing plant in Calhoun, according to DaltonDailyCitizen.com. This investment will include the installation of a fourth press and second milling line, increasing the plant’s capacity to produce 100 million square feet per year of laminate flooring. Production is anticipated to begin in the fall. The company began U.S. operations in July 2006 after buying the 78-acre, 400,000-square-foot Calhoun facility.
