announced the appointment of Bryan Ciesielski to the role of quality manager. Ciesielski will be responsible for the design and implementation of the KYDEX Quality Management System. He will lead continuous improvement efforts in manufacturing and manage the customer claims process, ensuring that both customer service and quality requirements are met or exceeded. He also will oversee KYDEX’s ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System as well as the ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System.

“Bryan will help KYDEX develop a systemic approach to controlling our processes and solving problems,” said Eric Vitunac, director of manufacturing. “He has a proven track record of working directly with customers to achieve world-class quality performance. We’re excited to have him on board.”

Ciesielski is an alumnus of King’s College, located in Wilkes-Barre, PA, and has earned ASQ certifications including CMQ/OE, CQA and CQIA.
