KCMA Elects Officers and Board of Directors

OLYMPIC VALLEY, CA -- The Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Assn. (KCMA), the principal trade association in the United States for manufacturers of kitchen cabinets and bath vanities, countertop and other decorative laminate products, elected officers and directors for 2007-2008 at the KCMA 52nd Annual Convention, held at The Resort at Squaw Creek, Olympic Valley, CA, June 3-6.  

Bill Weaver, president/CEO of Canyon Creek Cabinet Co. in Monroe, WA, was elected president; John Swedeen, president of the StarMark/Fieldstone Division of Norcraft Companies in Sioux Falls, SD, was elected vice president; and Kevin O’Neill, general manager of Wellborn Cabinet Inc. in Ashland, AL, was elected treasurer. Terry Dickey, president and CEO of Marsh Furniture Co. in High Point, NC; Bryan Earl, vice president of corporate and marketing communications for American Woodmark Corp. in Winchester, VA; and Robert L. Gronlund, chairman & CEO of Wood-Mode Inc. in Kreamer, PA; were elected to serve three-year terms on the KCMA Board of Directors.  Douglas Gilliam, vice president/general manager - North America for Akzo Nobel Coatings Inc. in High Point, NC, was elected to serve a two-year board term as one of two Associate Member representatives.
