ATLANTA – The International Woodworking Machinery & Furniture Supply Fair-USA is projected to set new records for the 2008 show. IWF 2008 already has more than 1,200 contracted exhibitors and more than 800,000 net square feet of exhibit space sold.
“It all starts here at IWF,” said Charles (Tommy) Tomkins, IWF 2008 chairman and president of Cresent Fine Furniture Co. “IWF is the one place where buyers will find all of the products they will need to improve production efficiency, increase profit margins and learn new ways to maximize their staff’s production output, utilizing machinery, supplies and services that they will only find at IWF 2008.”
Reportedly, in addition to a strong renewal base of previous exhibitors increasing their booth size, there is demand from new potential exhibitors in market segments such as cabinetry, furniture, supplies, architectural woodworking and more than woodworking segments areas, solid surfaces, plastics, flooring, windows/doors, machine tooling, composites, material handling, hardware and components.
