Irwin Names Quigley as Ultimate Tradesman

 

IRWIN Ultimate Tradesmen Challenge Winner Bruce Quigley drills holes into a board after measuring and marking. His winning time was 20.40 seconds.

PHOENIX – Bruce Quigley of Clarkston, MI, was named America’s Top Tradesman by winning the IRWIN Ultimate Tradesman Challenge at the national championship event in Phoenix on Nov. 11 with a total time of 20.40 seconds. To win, contestants had to measure, mark and drill a piece of lumber, using IRWIN tools, in seconds.

Quigley won a new 2007 Ford F-150 pick-up truck customized by Roush Performance and a barbeque with NASCAR driver Jamie McMurray. By winning, Quigley also had the opportunity to select from 26 IRWIN tool bags, one of which contained $1.26 million. Quigley selected a bag that contained $20,000.

IRWIN Industrial Tools has been searching for America’s Top Tradesman since April via the Ultimate Tradesman Challenge. Several thousand tradesmen competed in 150 local events in 31 states to secure the honor.
