WAYNE, MI --
The Michigan Public Service Commission is continuing to investigate a Dec. 29 explosion of Frank's Furniture that killed two people.

The Detroit News reported that authorities suspect a leaky natural gas main caused the deadly blast at Franks furniture store. Investigators are interviewing employees of Consumers Energy, which operates and maintains the gas line and analyzing a portion of the damaged line.

In addition to killing two people, the blast injured store owner Paul Franks, who was being treated for burns.
