VISTA, CA -- EcoBlu Products Inc. (OTCBB: ECOB) has entered into a Non Binding MOU Agreement with Interstate + Lakeland Lumber Corp. that will allow Interstate + Lakeland to produce ECOB Red Shield Protected Lumber products at its Bethel, CT, facility.
 
In addition, Interstate + Lakeland will have protected distribution rights for EcoBlu's WoodSurfaceFilm treatment for the entire geographical market it serves, including Westchester, NY, and Fairfield, CT, counties.

ECOB's WoodSurfaceFilm treatment is designed to protect wood from fire, mold, wood rot and termites.
