Indiana Furniture Returns to Standard 3-Week Lead-Time After Explosion
JASPER, IN – Following the accident on Jan. 9, Indiana Furniture began acknowledging its standard three-week lead-time on orders at its flatline finish and assembly facility, on Monday, March 23.

The company returned to full production on March 9. The FLA facility produces the UV Advantage products for Indiana Furniture. These lines include the Centennial, Revolutions, Promise and Madera products.

“Completing the backlog for the GREENGUARD Certified UV Advantage product was priority one when the line was ready for production,” said Mike Blessinger, vice president of sales and marketing. “Our customers were extremely understanding during the recovery and the best way to thank them was to ship those orders faster than we had originally acknowledged.”

As a company, Indiana Furniture has maintained a 3-week lead-time on standard products for more than two years. Last year, Indiana Furniture averaged an on-time ship record of 99.6%.
